Insperational Story

Once there was a carpenter who was working for a company for a very long time. His work was always so furnished and beautiful that CEO always uses to appreciate him. Which was because of his hard work and strict supervision of their subordinates. While getting old he decided to get retirement from work and spend time with his wife and children at home. He reached the office of CEO and told him about his retirement. Chief executive officer insisted him for the continuation of work but the carpenter didn't agree on further work. The CEO then told him to do the last job for him and build a house, the carpenter reluctant to do first but on the strong insist from CEO carpenter agreed on doing this last job unwillingly. He started his work perfunctory. Due to the lack of his interest in work, he finally completed his last job and build the house for CEO but the house was inutile. He reached the CEO office and handover the key of the house to the CEO. The CEO smiled and in return handed over the key to the carpenter and said, this is your retirement gift. The carpenter got shocked and also he was very repented. He then realized that he did all his jobs perfectly but his own house he build for himself inutile due to his lack of interest in his work.

Conclusion: Always do your job perfectly and with full attention no matter it's your first or last job.
