I agree. I did a short write up on home ownership a while back. I think it might be possible if you can gain allodial title, but even that might be subject to eminent domain laws.
I have had a good look at the ratified laws of this country. Don't remember eminent domain being ratified by We The People. I know that the criminals don't care about that. They never do.
P.S your write up is accurate as far as I know. For me the problem is that this is unlawful and illegal and is just one of the reason I am constantly talking about this.
