$Blinded By Whiteout$Fruition Of Corruption$

In my humble opinion the People of
Winnipeg have been blinded and the Jets whiteout is only the latest in a long line of distraction tactics and snow jobs.
On game night it's nearly impossible to see through the crowd of Jets fans. Many of them are dressed in Jets gear, others are literally painted white . Music is blasting and alcohol is available, the games are intense and the Women of Winnipeg somehow manage to look hotter than they did at the last street party. You can feel the excitement in the crowd the same way you can feel the massive speakers vibrations. The sweet taste of victory more refreshing than any beer. When the tension rises its more noticeable than the scent of meat grilling at the food carts. Things are changing rapidly in Winnipeg. The steady growth and fast pace of this city make it easy to forget things that happened yesterday.
How would you know if you were snowblind in a whiteout? Do Eskimos really sell snow? Could they really convince folks to buy it? I belive Winnipeg already has, and these are my thoughts.

1. The only thing that will determine which team takes home the cup this year is which team paid more money. I was pretty sure that the Jets HAD to justify the Mts Center this year but then again Vegas has more cash than $cam Katz could stuff in a plane bound for Arizona....So who knows.
2. The Jets are here to make money. And not just through ticket sales or merchandise. Mts Center was an integral part of the downtown 25 year plan. All jokes aside the Manitoba Moose couldnt hope to fill those seats, so we bought back our home team and and built a stadium. It was 1 major step toward the plan that had been formulated for downtown Winnipeg. Meet the Mayor who made it happen. Everyone knows the music business is shady, if not down right criminal. Meet $cam katz future Mayor of Winnipeg. He knew how to keep people happy. He cut taxes for business owners by 20%. He also went 12 years without raising taxes. Questionable business practices and criminal allegations werent new to katz and more than once the day was saved by misplaced paperwork or a patzi's swift dismissal or resignation. Concerns were raised over a land swap deal involving a member of the $cam katZ pack and the closing of the deal outside of council. Katz had a lease agreement for Shaw Park. Katz only paid 1 dollar a year for 25 years and tried discreetly to renew the lease while he was under investigation. There was the budget breaking, deadline defying construction and repairs of the investors group field. Once again
   1 of the $cam pack had got a sweet heart deal when he suddenly became the owner of vast areas of undeveloped land. Land that was later purchased for the rapid transit system.
3. As you sip your 15 dollar tallboy at a whiteout or purchase a 200 dollar jets jeresey take a moment to remember and reflect on the fact that we all got fucked, the perps got away and your willingly putting more money in the pocket of $cammy $$@mmy .
4. Our communities are dying. The corporations are thriving.
5. Just because there's more cops downtown dosent mean citizens are safer.

   Anyways I saw a young theif get robbed! He was flaunting a fresh iPad he had stolen earlier that day, then in broad daylight on a busy street this guy came walking up and bummed a cigarette. Next thing you know hes grabbing the iPad!The victim tried to maintain possesion of the iPad but was threatend and quickly overpowered. No weapon or physical violence was used. The unkown criminal then puts the iPad under his shirt and casually walks off at a brisk pace. Suddenly the victim is filled with rage and momentarily attempts to pursue the the thug, I warn him that this may result in physical injury and he quickly abandons his pursuit. He starts talking about contacting the police until I remind him that he was robbed for an iPad he had basically just stolen. Another robbery in Winnipeg.Except this time the Winnipeg police service H.Q was 3 blocks away. This happened on Graham right underneath the Mts Center/Cityplace skywalk. You might wonder "where were the police?" Well, they may have been going over the contingency/containment plans for the whiteout party later that day. It's also common to find "peace officers" on foot patrol at Portage Place, most likely shaking down the drug peddlers or squeezing users for information. Maybe they were hassling drunks, you know the ones. They weren't wearing the required jets gear or holding the ticket stub that allows you to be intoxicated in public without being arrested. The 15 dollar tall boy is acceptable if purchased from a whiteout vendor or M.t.s Center. Unfortunately the $4.oo kingcan of mortal combat is not. And it's unfortunate that the majority of daily downtown drinkers couldnt afford a drinking habit priced at $10 a can but most are down here drinking everyday. Fuck a tallboy Im goin Bleachers to gemme a Tundra!! Those found in violation may end up spending a night or longer in Manitoba corrections. Most are unemployed and more than half are aboriginal. I usually see large groups of "peace officers" and high high ranking cops (three stripers and and crowns) roaming the skywalks and enjoying meals in uniform at the food court in Cityplace. There were probably a few sitting in the subway restaurant, lips wrapped around a six inch. There are always groups of cops sippin java at the starbucks (both conveniently located inside W.p.s H.Q) and I can only assume the rest were busy handing out traffic tickets. Ten years ago you ran the risk of getting stabbed trying to buy weed at Portage Place, youd only see cops after someone got hurt or when they would swoop in to bust the local weedmen. But with all the new streams of revenue being generated and developed downtown it only makes sense to lock it down. You cant trust Portage Place security or the red coats from downtown biz to protect your insanely expensive and lucrative investment! This wasnt the old days when $cam could just enlist bikers to bust heads. He needed a gang with more manpower and the most resources. An organized gang with obedient thugs and then build these enforcers a club house in the center of the territory your attempting to conquer.

To serve and protect doesn't mean they intend to protect or serve the people. The W.p.s are the strong arm used to intimidate and harass the particular kind of people they DONT want around.. I wonder who that might include?? W.p.s are mercenaries. People with power, people with pull. People with property and profits worth protecting. The constant increase in operating costs is compounded by frivilous spending (helicopter,armoured vehicle) on equiptment they didnt really need... unless it was purchased in preperation for other operations. ..Maybe crowd control or riot suppresion? Dont need a bunch of pissed off, pissed up Jets fans blacking out and wrecking up the whiteout! The protection of the political power is essential for W.p.s. Without the political pull of $cammy $ammy they might still be in the old p.s.b building. No helicopter, no armoured personnel carrier and definitley no assault rilfes. Who has time to worry about the population's wellbeing?Time is money and after the complex calculations involved with corporate compensation/contributions we barley have time to count the kick backs! Its not always easy to find legitimate loop holes or illegal ways to launder dollars thats defecate on the ideals of duty. Money can seduce a man and relieve him of any morals he once held. It must be hectic trying to make it to the Winnipeg police credit union before it closes or maybe grab a bite to eat and do some shopping after along day. Oppressing the people, counting the proceeds of corruption. Conspiring with fellow criminals disguised as public protectors or people elected to represent the interest of ALL Winnipeger's. I dont know how they find the time... Oh wait they do that on the taxpayers time and money. Continually concealing the masters past and present crimes is very demanding and dosent leave alot of time for protecting the public or trying to prevent the further deterioration of local communities. Community and Family Reunification? Ain't nobody got time 4 that!! They serve the corrupt and protect their ill gained profits or more accurately their proceeds of crime. This is the first of a series of articles. The purpose of this series is to remind Winnipeger's that we've been ripped off and that the assholes who greased us are living large and free whilst a large percent of us live in poverty and waste the limited days of our lives in jail. It's my overly optimistic and unfortunately unlikely hope that at least 10% of you who saw the jets play at least once this season (at m.t.s center or anywhere else including your t.v, computer or device) might also see this article. And when you see it I hope the murderous rage friendly Manitoba is known for causes you to black out faster than fist full of resties washed down a 40 of 5 star!! We've been ripped of repeatedly and took it dry. And then for a final fairwell the newly crowned "prince of Scottsdale, Arizona" scam katz decided to add to his nefarious legacy.
Only this time the price tag was open for all to see! For once the paper work was all in order. And I'm positive the "hard copy" won't disappear or be destroyed, unless a murderous Manitobian gets her or his hands on it.It's a portrait of the Winnipeg king of white collar crime, The fraudster godfather himself! The construction company champion, Mr. Fairmarket value in the flesh and now immortalized on canvas, The 1, The only scam katz!!!!!

The city paid 25k for the portrait to be painted then an additional Gnote to frame it.
That's an expensive square of t.p, even for a shit stain like scam!

This article was not aimed at anyone in particular. As this series progresses we will share information on scam and his committee of kleptomaniac's. I was going to release a few names, but I've decided to save the names of the katz scam pack and release them as they appear throughout the series. Why are illegal aliens given housing instantly, while many Canadians remain homeless as their case numbers slowly make its way through the waiting list? What is being done to save our kids from the apparently unstoppable child eating monster of Manitoba, more commonly known as the child and family services? This agency will abduct kids at will or on a whim! Major fuck up after major fuck up and no ones ever held accountable! Who has sticky fingers, and what pies have they been poking? These people have been caught breaking the law. The rats abandoned ship right before shit hit the fan, they fled the scene of the crime with all the shekels they could carry. On to the the next deal.
