Dear Barack - my new african policy : battlefield congo / extermination of brazilian blue helmet + removal of the un from africa

for the last 11 years, I had zero african policy. Things have changed.

What happened? I saw the brazilian "blue helmet" in congo.

I want them dead.

So what is my policy?

To kill all united blue helmet africa wide.
