I hadn't thought about his being replaced, but I have been calling him a cyborg.

My greatest concern today is that the CDC and other sub sub agencies of HHS have taken it upon themselves to make changes to federal laws and to issue brand new ones. HHS changing the definition of "privacy" as you read this, and CDC has issued a mandatory mask on public transportation federal law. Since when does a cabinet sub agency make federal law? Since when can definitions in federal laws be changed without the involvement of congress?
Where is the president you ask? Not attending to this usurpation of the three branches of government is where. Nor is the Congress complaining that the executive branch is supposed to be enforcing the laws our elected legislators pass (talk about definitions), not making and enforcing their own laws.
