UK poisoning, Russia to be blamed

Following the poisoning of an ex Russian spy and his daughter in March, another poisoning have happened in the UK.

The officials in UK "suspected" Russia immediately, just like the incident that has happened in March. I will not comment about the case in March, but this recent case has prematurely suspected Russia

People in UK are afraid of Russia, and there were worries for those British people watching the world cup in Russia. There are even debates to whether if the officials in UK should go along with the Russia boycott, despite UK playing in the semi-finals in Russia in world cup 2018.

Personally, I don't see a reason why Russia will poison a couple in UK, whilst in the midst of hosting a world cup. I also think that UK should not blame Russia, as there is no prove, and no motivation to do so. What is up with the Russophobia? Shouldn't they at least wait till they have concrete prove, before they make any statements?

I hope that they do not send back Russian diplomats and delegates in UK, as they did in March, until concrete prove have been certified by INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS.

What do you guys think? DID Russia do it?
