With respect - perhaps it is the other way round. They have already taken the kids or have systems and laws in place to do so for various reasons even to force kids from home school with CPS to enforce them and take the kids.
In history, "taking kids" include young adults, has always the first step in total control. Then, they will use the kids / young adults against their parents and other family members.
