Yes, that's the reason why everything is backwards and upside down. These men wore wigs and make up 2 hundred years ago for Christ's sake. It's all just theatre, albeit cleverly veiled in window dressing.
There's a certain irony in the fact that their "rules" are called "acts" and nothing EVER gets accomplished in politics. Government does mean mind control after all
