Lodeh

Asam lodeh is one of the typical Gayo dishes. Gayo is a regency in Aceh province. Besides being known as a producer of vegetables and Gayo coffee, the Gayo region also has many other unique characteristics worth mentioning. One of them is sambel lodeh, or lodeh fish curry. This fish lodeh is usually served by the Gayo people when they have guests visiting or family members visiting.
