How to make samosa? Indian past food.

Samosa is a very favorite food of India and there is no time to eat it, whenever you feel hungry, then eat it, and even if you are not hungry then you cannot do it by looking at the samosa. But in the rainy days, eating pakoras or samosas with tea has a different fun. Sitting by the window watching the rain and taking the marrow of tea and hot samosas…..
You can also make it in your home party, it is not a very difficult task to make it, you can make it within 30 minutes, if you have boiled potatoes, then you can make it in 15 minutes and you can make the guests in the neighborhood. is | You can make it according to your size, about big samosas or mini samosas… it depends on you. Here I have made medium lead samosas… so let us see how to make it….
recipe:-
for the dough Flour: 250 grams
Celery: 1/2 tsp Warm
water: 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 spoon

Potato - 200 grams (boiled)
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green peas - 2 tbsp
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch long piece (grated)
Garlic: 7-8 pieces
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying

recipe:-
First of all, take flour in the flour and mix it with salt, carom seeds, and 3 spoons of oil, then knead it with lukewarm water.
