Panchmari - Heaven Of India (6) 👉[Bharat Neer Cave Shelter]

This is one of the best place in Panchmari for tourists to visit and also for piknik purpose. The whole structure is made between the very lower area of two mountains. The waves like structure formed on the lower walls of these two mountains indicates that in ancient time, this place is totally bored inside the water.

This place is also known as Dorothy Deep. In 1930's, India executed an Excavation Project under Indian Archeological Survey and they found many pottery shards and things from Microlithic period from this place.

The local guides from this place said that this structure is believed to be exists from very ancient times and our Ancestors are supposed to be live here with their families...
