Delhi is in controlled situation of Covid-19
India on Wednesday recorded a record high spike of 29,429 COVID-19 cases, taking the total to 9, 36,181 which included 3,19,840 active cases and 5,92,032 cured/discharged/migrated. The country added 582 fresh fatalities in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 24,309. The number of total active cases have increased by 8,275 (the lowest single-day rise in the last four days) in the last 24 hours, while recoveries have gone up by 20,572, the highest single-day rise so far. India’s recovery rate has risen to 63.24 percent. The march of coronavirus infection in the country has picked up the pace with the number of cases increasing by more than 26,000 for the sixth consecutive day. It took 110 days for the COVID-19 cases in the country to reach one lakh and just 56 days more to go past the nine-lakh mark.
