Drunk man jumps into lion enclosure to say hello—it was not a smart move
A 35-year-old man jumped into a lion enclosure at a zoo in Hyderabad, India—but he apparently didn’t have any experience as a lion trainer and didn’t have a death wish.
He was just drunk. And wanted to “shake hands with a lion,” according to the Indian Express.
The incident created a huge crowd of people, most of whom seemed to be either yelling at the lions to get away, yelling at the man to get out of there, or recording the event on their phones.
It was a very exciting day for the Nehru Zoological Park.
