How ISIS could defeat America; The dangers of qualified and sovereign immunity

America under Donald trump is improving, but even as Mr. Trump understands we have a problem with the police state he has yet to stand up against the police state. Prosecutors and police officers are doing everything they can to force a charge out and conviction of people and innocent people-even our own democratically elected president-and typically the judges saying everything is fine as they do so. Ok, you got judges like T.S. Eliot calling Mueller out in the Manafort prosecution-But that is a luxury that many people don't have. It is amazing what happens when people have money and are politically connected, least we hear the cries of "et tu brute" as all the powers that be conspired against a particular person the own collective good of the elitists. Because American refuses to deal with the police state problem, there exists a dangerous weakness for which there are opportunity that threatens our institutions. The sovereign is to be held accountable to human nature for their failures to protect our life, liberty, and estate. As Vattel argued in the law of Nations. Attacks on our institutions are not a bad thing at this point, the problem really are the group most likely to initiate it and prevail.

But let's be honest, most Americans have become too domesticated to stand against the sovereign. Out of 11 million people victimized by the police state every year, and some 1200 people killed by cops, there might be only 70-80 officer gunfire deaths are rarely a death of their enablers-the judges-in 2018. In order to fix the corrupt police state, if it can't be done with the state and federal Legislature saying let's abolish immunity and hold cops accountable, the day may comes for the people to organize and prosecute a war against our government in their Lockean appeal to heaven. Only we have a shortage of soldiers who would stand in armed opposition to our government willing to pull the trigger, and potentially good voters have already left with little say in the matter. Already social security is paying checks to 400k Americans living abroad. And there are many more not collected in these stats. The good people are leaving this country fare more than is being reported, and I too may leave and won't be counted in these stats if/when I leave. To be honest, I am more confused about what I'll do-but i am no warrior. This is my home, this is the land that my ancestors fought for so that their progeny could have freedom. I'm a bad little nerd who despite being tracked into being a good little slave to help humanity, knew at a young age I was going to end up alone. I wanted a meaningful friendship instead, and was selectively destroyed. Rebuilt, collapsed in ill health. rebuilt again, and selectively destroyed yet again. This birth right has been taken from us, and the government will terrorize us for our very ideas and leave us in financial ruin. I have the ability if let alone to build a software empire, but the government seeks instead my destruction so that I cannot finance my ambitions or alter my existing creations with ongoing litigation. When we try to improve ourselves, we can expect more destruction; It is insanity to stay here, but nothing really to live for anywhere else except to fearlessly pursue our own rational self-interest that lives here in the United states-which again means building up again and facing these demons-only when we are in a more strategic position to do so, but still at great peril. I been through the horrors of an American concentration camp of a terrorist regime , and seen the 11th circuit twice do their Heil Hitler and the scotus ignore the writs of certiorari. We Americans live in a state of pre-nazi germany, and our courts will guided us fully there. I gave the tortfeasors opportunities to make amends, and they refused and obtained consent of the court to do it to others and billed me for it. Being ordered to pay the Nazis who tried to starve you to death is not an incentive to stay in this country, but evidence of its future collapse. I am being told by attorneys, impressed by my knowledge, to go to law school so I can help others, but I seen the corruption on the benches and appellate benches first hand as the rule of law continues to deteriorate in favor of the police state as they disregard the rule of law. Plus I know that the debt would be ruinous if they targeted me again-although the debt they forced on my now is ruinous. I've considered apprenticeships, but that could be 7 years of my life-the first 4 without income- before I end up where I need to be. I'll be almost 50 then, and the tyrants on the bench will continue to do what they do best; screw up our lives and waste years of my time defending the rights of people. Not even the best legal scholars can stop the growing police state, and some of the most resolved minds will crumble in a short period of time in jail or as the legal expenses they accrue. This isn't a matter that we can expect to be resolved civilly in the court rooms, but a matter than will be resolved by spilling the blood of tyrants. It is not speech and reason that will save this country; our elitist prefer, with the courts blessing, to use terrorism against those who use speech and reason. They have chosen their own destruction by seeking first our destruction, and it is our right to destroy them. If it is a duty to destroy them, I do apologize in that I cannot harm others. The reality is, most people are not fighters and most people are not capable of violence. There are few who can raise a gun to another human let alone pull the trigger, and probably fewer that can stand up on principle and tell our police officers and courts that they cannot proceed while being the very person in their crosshairs. I been that person in the crosshairs, for nearly 2 f***ing years being starved nearly to death. With neither guns to back we the men of principles up, and not even the laws nor even the constitution will restrain these cops anymore, our country is approaching a very dark period. Our government is becoming a tyrannical master, and we the slaves who can enjoy no happiness and no achievement in life unless they permit it to happen. The only language they have learned is force, and that is likely the only thing they will be answerable too. I am not advocating for force nor threatening force, they are the ones who have advocated for it.

There are maybe 5 groups that are most likely to commit mass murder in America of any considerable scale.

One is the forced ascetics whom no women will choose in a relationship no matter how much potential they have-but they typically are to highly educated than to ever harm anyone and just want meaningful companionship. They typically get angry at society itself, the media, specifically their Competition[aka men], but never at women. Their suffering is made possible through socialism and feminism who has generally reduced them down to slaves and the paper wealth can never buy them happiness or acceptance. So in a sense they were created by God as Supermen and for the most part are motivated by achievements, but are not allowed a helper "eve" and are left chronically alone. Mass violence by them is extremely rare, except where an anti-anxiety is used. The second is the incels that has formed in the last decade or so as the pool of victims of feminism has grown larger to more impulsive people- they develop a hatred of women for their own inability to have s3+. These are your idiots like Eliot Rodgers who have no understanding of the need to improve themselves, no viable goals, and of their goals no viable understanding of how to achieve them. Incels are a joke trapped in their own incompetence and mental prisons and warped confusion of vices and needs. Both groups when they attack are often limited to academic institutions, but not exclusively such as the case with George Sodino. Although their actions can be extreme, they tend to be lone wolves fighting their own cause often without the help of others. While Incels do have communities such as "wizards" and incel.me, they are too isolated in real life to form an army-and planning acts of violence online is kind of dumb. But incels somewhat support acts of violence. There is also a lengthy thread at incels called A-hERo-rises-on-this-day-of-incel-exclusion-Florida-Valentines-Day-School-Shooting-22041. Thanks to feminism there is a brewing pool of Adams who have no Eves, but if all incels want is s3+, I guess it is safe to say they don't deserve an eve either. Their premise that man needs s3+ is flawed; their suffering is unlikely the inablity to have s3+, but rather the pain of being alone but they are too retarded to know this. And so with this false premise they doomed themselves even more, sadly taking the pool of forced ascetics with them who don't want to be associated with their ilk. Still it is not good that man is alone, and we see the bloody consequence and their cries for help. There will be a lone wolf from time to time who rises and falls leaving behind some manifesto that will be an ideological leader posthumously, but it is unlikely enough to ever become an organic military might against the police state. Those bloody actions are what what gives a voice to their cause as they sought hope for others, as Kelbold (a forced ascetic) wanted [columbine papers p 482]. But there is a big difference between an incel and a forced ascetic.

Sure, I could tell my story some day and inspire the incels and forced ascetics too to rise against the police state. But I don't want violence. I will someday restart my company, a company the government wants to censor the non-violent advocacy, and hold nothing back.

A third group would be those whose families were torn apart by the family courts, and they leave the world taking as many family members as they can with them into the afterlife-and eternally separated by heaven and hell. Extreme Family violence is too impulsive by the perpetrator to be used for political ends, but there are plenty with bitter resentment who are not violent but if there ever were a war I am sure could be recruited against our family courts.

There are also a 5th category that are the street gangs-which is almost all bite, but little reason. I don't see them rising up for freedom on their own accord. They might take out a cop every now and then in self defense or in aggression, but they would probably best serve as mercenaries than as soldiers. Although they may not realize, much of the reason they kill others and get killed themselves are a result of the black market drug trade THAT ARE CREATED BY GOVERNMENT and they get lured into gangs when they are often just teenagers. That said, I am a white guy and someone claiming to be with the Blood tried to recruit me when I was in my 30s. Yeah, I can't even harm a fly. I'm not a good candidate for a gang.

There are of course others like [allegedly] Nicolas Cruz and Steven paddock whose actual motivations remain unknown and I shall leave as unclassified categories. One was on the radar and ignored (allowed to happen; cui bono),the other was off the radar.

I suppose some could argue a 6th group, which are the former members of our Military. The military themselves are unlikely to attack their own countrymen, but I will entertain the subclass who join militias. For the most part militias are all bark and no bite, every once in a while do they actually do something that is newsworthy. And the FBI has plants in most militias anyways, the odds of them actually being able to do anything is extremely low...without the blessing of the FBI. Why would the FBI allow attacks on our own citizens? Well the FBI seems to have allowed and encouraged an Islamic terrorist attack in Texas. a separate court case and a "60 Minutes" report in March revealed that an undercover FBI agent was in the car directly behind Simpson and Soofi when they opened fire, and was even taking pictures of the car about 30 seconds before the first shots were fired. That case even revealed that the agent had texted Simpson just weeks before with the message, "Tear up Texas." One can speculate along the lines of, who benefits (cui bono), when our own government allows that crap. But for the most part our civilian militias are impotent-every once in a while they like to show that the have guns and that is about it.

Of course there are the helter skelter and clan groups as a 7th, but they tend to want a race war....Some in the clan may even be the police. Which of course, the police are another violent lot, but they refuse to take care of their own bad apples and the whole lot of them is rotten to the core. So they aren't really viable since they would either be attacking themselves or their own interest.

Unless the federal and state legislature gets its act together, I don't see a possible resolution for the abuses committed by the courts and the police upon our citizens. Especially when the police are locking people up for using speech and reason with the court's blessing. Americans during the revolution knew they couldn't defeat the English without outside help. France became that help. Aside from Russia, or lesser nuclearized states, who could nuke the hell out of us if there ever was a war. There really isn't going to be a country to help the American people. But our inept leaders have placed American up for whatever well organized military wants her, just as the English had allowed. People of multiple political views are divided, but the oppressed from each have one thing in common; The problem of government. If only there was something that could unite us to make the government afraid of us.

Anyways you noticed that I skipped over #4. That group is evil itself that is preoccupied about the idea of a global caliphate, so much so that they attack and kill other Muslims and commit terrible acts of terrorism and they think nothing of killing civilians. Just like the present condition of ISIS, the police, prosecutors, and the judges are collectively known as #blueisis. Between ISIS and BlueISIS, it is like choosing between Scylla and Charybdis. No one wants either one. Both will kill you or f*** you up for life, but one is opposed by government and the other is loved by government. If ISIS really wants America, all they have to do is perform a basic SWOT analysis and know that our people are crying for help against our oppressive government and the people are looking for a leader to rise up and fix the system-because we have no leaders who can achieve this. Many people thought that me, being a principled educated white person, targeted by the state would be the local savoir for the targeted black people; but let us be honest the powers that be don't care about speech and reason-or the law for that matter. The only answer they will adhere to is force, and if you try it they will lock you away anyways if not kill you. Instead of trying to force an extremist version of Sharia law (which isn't as bad as our family courts or BlueISIS) and killing/terrorizing all those who disagree like BlueISIS does, all they need do is fight for our own freedom instead of trying to instill fear in our citizenry and forcing sharia law. Sure they can argue that is our job to do, but to them America is a great prize that apparently we don't care enough about to seize it for ourselves. It should be our great prize, but we the people are greatly demoralized and we are outnumbers by hundreds of thousands to 1 individual. America used to be a great prize, but our judges and police and especially the democrats have ruined. It is easier to flee than fight, but not easy to give up on our loved ones.
If they want people to respect a caliphate, then their proposed caliphate should recognize it is better to give a people a a better choice than "do or die". Forced respect is not respect, just like our judges should learn forced honor is not actual honor. And thus respecting an oppressive caliphate will be a false as the respect the United states expects out of its own victims. Respecting our rights may be too much to expect the religious zealots to do, but perhaps they will undergo an Islamic enlightenment some 300-400 years after the euroupeanized states did that will appeal to all people for which people all across the globe can benefit....if they know they could defeat the United States. The recognition that THE LAW is something that comes from God himself and is separate from a religious duty could enable a respected global caliphate-just as much as Christianity used to be dominant.

It would be very easy for ISIS to take over. The first stage would be to have an operative gun down a highly respected police officer in a corrupt municipality in cold blood in just an ordinary ambush killing that is off the radar-and maybe to get emotions going start playing soccer with the officer's head, eyeballs, or testes before being detained. I think Cobb County, ga, should be a prime target although there are no respectable officers there. After such a perceived isolated event, there would be a mass blue thin line funeral packed with hundred, thousands, even tens of thousands of law enforcement personnel. ISIS could then carry out an attack on such a facility killing as many of the very enemy of freedom itself, the very enemy of God's gift to Mankind, and wipe out a considerable portion of a state's and local police force leaving behind a vacuum.

A vacuum that leaves freedom as God intended. At that point, they could come out and say who they are, and that they are here to protect and liberate America from the police, from the prosecutors, and from the judges, and from the family courts, and ask to collect donations in crypto and likewise gain large scale support here in America-especially in municipalities that are broken by the police. They can declare and market themselves the new authority that will protect Americans from the police state, from state sponsored terrorism, from state sponsored racism, and so on. They can use their proceeds to finance bases in America, and they already have training camps. allegedly all across this county. Aside from the traditional radicalized muslim to carry out attacks, they can now reach out to many groups oppressed by social policies. The can easily reach out to blacks community who members have been harassed, beaten, and killed for years. They can hire mercenaries in gangs to do their bidding. They can reach fathers with a beef against the family courts for destroying their families. And they can easily recruit incels who want to restore the institute of marriage so there are women left to choose them, and maybe the feminist can be thrown off of tall buildings which would be beneficial to all men-except maybe the soyboys. It isn't clear how many people would be inspired to become cops from such a brazen attack, but that would likely follow even if many resign recognizing they have gone too far and they may be next. After all, the state looted our coffers in order to pay for them to have and raise a family while they are destroying ours families or chances of a family. And they can focus on purging this country of police, prosecutors,sheriff, judges, the taxmen, and focus on opening up the prison doors. And as they continue to do so, they will start to garner more support as a legitimate authority, and people will voluntarily join its ranks as they would the military. As the attacks continue, the surviving police will be demoralized and quit, and lawyers will not want to become judges or prosecutors and judges/prosecutors may resign in fear for their own safety for their decades of abuses. As the purge continues the less and less teeth our state and federal government has, and the less money it has to spend or pay back its obligations. As the stability of the dollar crumbles the less the government can afford to artificially buy support of their failed policies through their welfare system. More and more austerity riots will commence, and the less the government can afford to arrest, prosecute, and imprison people, or defend the very buildings where they do lockup people. The beginning of the end of our corrupt institutions begins. The new powers that be can pull off the oldest trick in the book of any crooked regime-and that is providing welfare as to garner more support for failed policies. Afterall, they campaigned in crypto and the dollar is near worthless they are well posed to control much of the wealth in this country-outside of real estate.

When these old institutions fall, there will be a need to replace the existing government that no longer has any teeth that had become an enemy of its own people. What will it look like, I do not know, but it will be fresh in peoples mind how tyrannical our government was. If it is to flourish, it will need to recognized that our rights come from the creator so that we the people may consent to it, even if the leader ends up being a muslim monarch that has reached such enlightenment.

And this is how America can fall to ISIS because of our politicians love of crooked judges, prosecutors, and police. Isis could easily defeat this country without terrorizing civilians, but instead liberating the people from a far more dangerous terrorist which is out own government.

I am not advocating for this to happen nor even threatening that it would happen, every man naturally wants to be in a state of peace-not war. But the government has chosen for so many people a state of war and brought ruin to our lives, in which the government does not want to resolve the matters civilly in our own courts. So at the same time I think something so vile is increasingly becoming necessary to deal with the police state. This is just a cautionary hypothetical that should encourage our politicians to put a much needed check on the police. That the failure to do something, this hypothetical is out there. Should the powers that be agree with the inherent risk that inaction has created, then they only have themselves to blame if this hypothetical became reality.
