RE: Bringing Sanity to the Immigration Crisis

in #immigration5 years ago

It would be nice if we actually did help these people where they live but the reality is sort of two fold. One is corporations here take our jobs and go there to pay those people two dollars a day increasing their own wealth as we have seen with the number of millionaires who have become billionaires. Second is we supposedly help these countries by giving them aid. In exchange for that aid though is the condition that those countries have to buy US products and materials with a large chunk of that money so the US actually makes a profit off giving out that aid, then there is the share of that money that falls into the corruption bracket that most foreign third world countries are known for whereas the actual citizens don't benefit from the money themselves.

Sort:

Yes, Sunlit7, I am aware of all that, and agree (with the exception of the private citizen donations made, for which at least up until now, Americans have been known). But that is a separate issue: taking back America from the corporations and all of their puppets who don't care for the interests of the American people (except as they can extort in many "creative" ways) just like they don't care about the peoples of the world, in general. Yet another reason for The People to claim back their power, for everyone's sake, and then go from there... thank you for reading and posting your comment.
