HOW TO INCREASE YOUR INFLUENCE EVEN IF YOU ARE SHY

As I was listening to radio yesterday, I stumbled on life transforming message.

I tuned to the station late but learn valuable tips on self love, leadership and influence.

But the best part that caught my attention was how the speaker broke down how one can be influential no matter the field one belong or have chosen for oneself.

He made mention four keys that can make one influential.

Before going into that, he made mention of few tips on influence.

He said influence is the commitment and dedication to a particular goal, course or assignment.

He said the key to leadership is INFLUENCE.

He also mentioned that one should not try to seek success but to try as much as possible to be a man of value.

Then the keys to influence.

Every influential person has got these keys whether consciously or unconsciously.

These are: Presence, Performance, Personality and Competence.

He said if you enter a room and your presence is felt, that's means you've influenced them one way or the other.

He said one of the ways your presence can be felt is how you dress, how you carry yourself and how you smile.

The next thing is performance. The way you have performed in your chosen field will determine how you will be respected.

Also Personality. This means your person. It also mean your persoN in realiTY.

Do you greet people well?

Do you smile? And many more questions he raised that I cannot remember for now.

The last thing he made mention of is competence. Are you the best in your chosen field?

Never forget this, that the keys to influence is your presence, performance, personality and competence.
