Children of the Sun

"I'll be singing you songs of tomorrow
And then dawn will follow
And our sorrows all undone."

I'm painfully aware that if I don't take care of myself, the mental pressure I have and the constant pushing of my studies will take its toll on me. So this personal work is a kind of venting and sanity maintenance (?), taking inspiration of a song from my favorite band, Poets of the Fall (they're amazing and you should definitely check them out if you don't know them!). The vines that were creeping and impeding her from moving are destroyed as she uses the power of her breath to get rid of it.

I know I still have a long road, but while I'm at it, I really hope I design joy in every painting. I also hope those who are reading this enjoy their path in whatever they're doing!
