ICT catastrofe in the Netherlands

The Dutch government fails big in ICT projects and they have to spent an extra billiard euro to fix things. Within 22 projects costs are doubled and the average budget is extended with 36 per cent. Hundreds of milions were wasted in unusable software. The Tax authorities, the police, and the unemplyment division are struggeling for some years allready and don't seem to be able to solve the problems.
