What makes the world dysfunctional is merely revolving around two factors, time and money. Those who have a lot of time are most likely deficient in wealth, while those who have too much wealth are often deprived with time to enjoy themselves. Despite this dilemma, there is nothing much we can do as the contrast between the two is more of like an everyday life’s mirror of what is oddly true.

Based on a study conducted, many believes that happiness is closely associated with time. A time to spend on things we want, foods we like to eat, travel to places we want to be, treat our families and friends or simply pamper oneself in a salon. Of course, all of these requires money to do so. But with the world’s current job setting, most often than not, workers are often deprived with time to enjoy things given the salary earned. To put things simply, Mycro is a simple or short-term job marketplace that is simple, fast, reliability, security and low cost, all in one. The tokenization of the imbalance between time and money through the Mycro Token, MYO, allows the Mycro community of job providers and hunters to develop a deep sense of flexibility of time and money.

With the current job setting, a job provider might be badly in need of little help while some job hunters remain indifferent or have no information to such opportunities. This gap forces job providers to have little time while job hunters to have more time with little money.

Through Mycro’s intelligent and self-learning algorithms that matches a job hunter’s profile to a job provider’s specifications, the quality of output work and efficiency between the two parties will be greatly improved. Only the best jo hunter will do the appropriate job for a job provider and vice versa.

To help improve the quality and efficiency of Mycro’s overall ecosystem, once a job is done, both the job hunter and job provider get the chance to evaluate and rate each other. This helps improve the matching rate of the specified job and worker over time. This further adds more guarantee to job providers that they will get the best possible quality from the best possible job hunter.

Through the escrow smart contract, payments will be automatically handled based on agreement and it will only be distributed once the job is completely and perfectly done. With this setting, Mycro no longer needs any intermediary bodies which will lessen the overall operational cost to both the Mycro team and its community.

Both are unaware of the presence of each other. But with Mycro, the supply and demand will be showcased within the marketplace which are accessible to both. And as the community continues to grow and more interesting jobs offers are placed, a number of jobbers will greatly increase and this means more time and money accordingly.

Susan, a job provider, has an urgent job to do but her garden is already a mess. Hoping to gain more time in doing what she should do, she posted a job offer at Mycro in hopes to find a jobber who wishes to do the job the best possible way. Mark, a jobber, along with other jobbers saw Susan’s job posting and used his MYO tokens to place a bid. Along with Mark’s reputation and job history, Mark can determine himself how the brokering commission would be during the rewards pool. A higher bid would land the jo to Mark.

Alas, Susan was astonished by Mark’s bid and credential and chose Mark to do the job. Once Susan and Mark reached an agreement, all MYO tokens stated in the bidding will be placed in the reward pool. Susan and Mark will then be receiving a personal QR code and Susan scanning Mark’s QR code will mark Mark’s start of doing the job.

If the agreed payment terms is through crypto currencies, the agreed remuneration will now be stored in an escrow smart contract. The compensation will now be on hold and not Susan nor Mark have access to it anymore. Once Mark completed the Job, mark will have to scan Susan’s QR code so that the remuneration will be carried on automatically.

Before the transaction closes, both Mark and Susan will be rating each other. The ratings will identify how the reward pool will be allocated among Mycro, Susan and Mark. Below are the types of short job orders within Mycro.

The Dashboard displays every user’s posted jobs, status of received and sent applications as well as wallet balance.

Posting a job at Mycro is as easy as displaying pictures, having a short job description along with it, the place and time of the job, remuneration, hourly or fixed rate as well as personal preferences on the type of preferred jobber.

The Job Search section is where the smart algorithm of Mycro is working in the background. This will bring job offers that matches the jobber’s interests and skills or the job provider’s preferences. A user-friendly interface allows easy access to job offers. Job offers will be listed from top to bottom with the first result as the suggested best offer for a jobber

The Reputation profile of a user shows a profile picture, name, age, place of residence, whether verified and insured or not, activity status rating stars and reviews, means of payment and a picture collection of jobs.
