The capacity to perform instant asset relocation would provide an out of line advantage, and this again requires players to trust that developers or hackers are not using this advantage. That leads us to the idea that the changes of asset properties that affect its value altogether, should be properly validated against the simplified yet strict game rules on chain.

Then again, we can't validate realtime players action, especially in the event that it requires conventional gaming skills. For instance, battle resolution will be performed by the game server as it were.

The borderline of trust should be carefully drawn between blockchain and the conventional server, and we will search for the correct balance between trustless blockchain economy and rich ingame player experience.

In Parsec Frontiers all transactions, items, planets, and resources can be verified on the blockchain. The game is modeled around the Milky Way world, rather than some artificially generated universe. Players can colonize any world and set up their own particular resource exchanges on these planets. I think this adds a nice educational and realistic element as the player can be genuinely immersed as on the off chance that they are making real discoveries. My very own dream is that a game like this could be used to control real exploration robots in the future (maybe sooner than we might suspect).
