One of the tenants at the above property has reported a mould patch which has appeared in her bedroom ( please see photograph below).
This has previously been treated and I believe is caused by condensation.
Would you like me to send the handyman to address and check the guttering.

I have received a quote for the works to treat the damp / mould at the above property and clear guttering as appropriate £100.
I have also heard from the tenant who will be at University for most of Friday – she will be home after 4.30pm would you be able to attend a little later when she is there?
