In my new initiative I share selected new Steemians' Introduceyourself posts with my 4000 followers, upvote them 100% and share their post for greater visibility. I, myself, am a pretty new member, too, so I know how rough my start off was.
It wouldn't have been better if I had someone to help me in my beginnings.
By the way, his daughter is cute as a cupcake :)
Although I've been here almost 12 months, I still remember how tough it is to get going. Hope these help. And yes, she is a real cutie.
