Didnt know Hyperspace. But if they're decentralized why do they have to close/ quit?
If they were decentralized, there wouldnt be a central entity which can be sued..
They should switch to a decentralized model. :)

    They were just burning money since the begining until the end, not wishing to release what they promised.
