There is way for the USA to be the dominant power for the rest of the century on EZ modern.

One of these is stop messing around and spell out the rules to access these green hydrogen funds and NOT give them for H produced with nuclear power.

That would be double dipping.
Nuclear power is and always has been a scam.

There has never been a single nuclear power plant operated with the investors paying for the liability insurance.

The government always has to offer up an unlimited checkbook in case of SNAFUs. That’s a contingent liability and that’s a subsidy.

Hydrogen is a clean fuel.
So is NH3.
