I totally agree on the fact that cheating really does destroy any efforts to lose fats. Also once you cheat, there are just so many other opportunities to cheat again. I personally am struggling to lose weight after giving birth and am looking at a lifestyle eating change . Still on a journey to figure this out...oh well...will cheat now during Chinese New Year and get to it after! :) Upvoted!
