I found this video regarding the Men in Black a few days on Amplex's YouTube channel.
In the video they show the following picture and I'm just wondering if this is what the people you saw looked like?
Dress wise there are similarities but they were Mexican looking and had longer fingers. They were also tall, maybe 6"5. No briefcase, long over coats, younger, had eyebrows. May not have been physically "there". In brief I don't think they could have been photographed, they wouldn't show up on camera. Thanks for reading and resteeming again :)
