It's so heart wrenching to see this photo. I hope there is some good news between the citizen with the police officer too. We are all just trying to live peacefully in the world, and the image on my mind about The Phillipines wasn't like this. I have to go see one day.

its the politicians dirty old game, this people are paid to create Chaos, there people who make a lot of money just to agitate the mass.. and that is what they for a living.. NEWS ARE JUST NEWS, there is no extrajudicial killing in the Philipines.. But there are DIRTY MINDED POLITICIAN..if you know what I MEAN
I know what you mean, I heard news about that too. What are the things could be done to improve the situation? Anybody stand up?
our PRESIDENT is working on it.. we have the Best president now.. DON'T believe the news from our country.. media are not really true to what was really happening.. they work for the money.. not for the people.. that is there profession.. to sensassionalize the news even it mis leads.. of course some are true but you can count them with your fingers
