Here's a burden that many of us have faced in our life; you've just met someone new and don't know exactly what to say. So it goes like this:

Tip #1. Ask a really personal question
Don't be afraid! You've got absolutely nothing to lose and you will be surprised how much people will share if you just ask.
"Where do you see yourself ten years from now?"

This will certainly cut any small talk and also build a closeness between you both. They've just shared something extremely personal and therefore opened a window for you to see who this person really is. It could spark conversations of greater depth and captivation.
