RE: Taking Advantage of Comment Sections
Following you thanks for following me ;)
So I have given much thought to some of the points you made. Sometimes I read a post and think, that was nice or really well written. sometimes I think I really have nothing else to add other then I really like what they wrote. When this happens, I try to find a something to quote or declare my love for the writer. Either way, I agree with you people need to stop commenting with spam anf focus on adding value to each comment.
I just don’t know if everyone is in such a hurry these days or they are just so use to tossing out a “thank you” “oh that looks nice” that they continue this behavior everywhere in their lives.
I really do like your method of finding something you like about it and brining attention to it in the comment section. It helps readers see what others like and maybe even give them a chance to think more about it.
True, however, I think most people are accustomed to saying that looks like and or I like that. Those people must those that always ask how are you, reply fine and move on. They never put into thought a more thoughtful response. I like to answer that question with I am conquering the free the world or living the dream.
How do you answer the question, how are you?!
If I have the time I try and break a question like that up into parts. That one is rather easy. My thought process for answering such a question “how are you?” is as follows.
Reply back with how I am doing
I am doing great today / I just had a horrible day / Well there is a reason for day time drinking / meh
Something that replies back with the emotion I have been feeling for the day.
Elaborating further
I am going to be spending the weekend doing this / this just happened / I was not expecting such good news
Here I try and included more details about what makes me feel about that in such a way. It can create further dialog back and forth between people as now they are just talking about their day
Follow up question/answer
How was your day / oh I’m sorry that happened / have a great day
Pulling it out like that makes it look more robotic then it really is. Sometimes it is scary thinking about how the thought process of such a question can be drawn out in that way.
Do you consistently answer this way? I hope more people become honest with their answers like you. <3
I find the more unique my answer the more likely I am to receive an honest response. It is always a bonding moment.
Not always. It can depend on who I am interacting with. Mostly comes down to time. I have to sometimes move conversions towards its end result aka killing/ending it.
I don’t try and continue a conversation as much as I like. I often find just too many things going on!
How would you go about answering the question you posed of “how are you?”
I like to answer that question with I am conquering the free the world or living the dream. I usually get a giggle and a more thoughtful response.
I see I dint put two and two together when you said that early in another conversion. That is one way to go about it hehe.
Do you dislike such a question? Is it to one dimensional?
I'm glad you noticed that slight oversight. I was a little considered you were bored with my comment and read over it. Obviously not the case.
I love this question because it is common and gives the opportunity to answer with uncommon answers. The shock value alone is worth it.
My goal is to make them smile and if my silly response makes a dent in that direction well who knows how it may be paid forward.
What would you say is the most annoying question to answer? Or one that holds a double standard?
