Mad Himalayas Honey ! Fresh. Mad. Natural
The dark, reddish, “mad honey,” known as deli bal in Nepal, contains an ingredient from rhododendron nectar called grayanotoxin — a natural neurotoxin that, even in small quantities, brings on light-headedness and sometimes, hallucinations.
Mad honey is made by bees that feed on rhododendron flowers, which give it its psychoactive effects. Rhododendrons, evergreen flowering plants that grow in temperate, mountainous areas around the world, contain chemicals called grayanotoxins.
Wanna get mad n fresh naturally.
Never heard of that honey before. We in the Garhwal hills drink rhododendron juice and never heard of hallucinating effect before. Will have to try this honey soon :==)
