Canning Peaches

We finally got around to canning the peaches. I should say my wife and her parents as I headed off to work, while they did the real work. This is one more step toward self-reliance as we learn these skills from her parents. We have lost this in today's instant gratification society. The greatest generation had skills to survive and help others.

Process is very simple but time consuming. I appreciate all the work they did. And learning more from them.
