Make Nastar Cake at Weeked

On this day after i came home from work, i took the time to go to my cousin's house, today he is very busy making a cake message of his customers, my cousin is a good cook, and also took the time to see the process of baking, this is my cousin made Nastar Cake. Nastar is a pastry containing pineapple jam.

As the basic ingredients to make Nastar Cake, i see, egg, butter, refined, sugar, wheat flour.

I also saw the pineapple fruit being cut to make pineapple jam.

Then the pineapple fruit that was cut was grated and then cooked until the water produced in dried pineapple fruit.

This would be if the pineapple that was cooked had been dry the color will turn into brown.

For the shape of my cousin to make a leaf shape because it is easy to make.

If it is printed to form a finished leaf next the cake dough is baked in the oven. This is a finished nastar pastry dough photo on the roast.

Material:

  1. 5 egg yolks
  2. 3 egg yolks for smearing
  3. 1/2 Kg Margarine
  4. 1/2 Kg Wheat flour
  5. 100 Gram refined sugar for cake
  6. 300 Gram sifat dor jam
  7. 100 Gram cheese Gouda
  8. 1 peneapple
  9. Small piece of cinnamon

How to make :
Cake Jam.

  1. Pineapple peeled and sharedded
  2. Enter the sugar and cook until cooked and thick
  3. Chill until it can be rounded as big as pearls

Dough ungredients.

  1. Prepare a rectangular baking sheet and spread it with margine
  2. Mix 5 egg yolks with refined sugar and butter until fluffy
  3. Put the cheese grated into the dough enter flour abd vanilla
  4. Stir to from a rounded dough

Cake.

  1. Round the cake by hand until it is slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball
  2. Put the jam spoon into the cake spahere and shape according to taste
  3. Bake the surface of the cake with egg yolks
  4. Arrange the cake in a baking dish and bake it in the oven at 130 dergrees C, about 15 minutes.
