Homeless rough sleeper passes away after sleeping bag is taken away by council

A homeless man was discovered dead in an auto stop yesterday after the nearby committee took his dozing pack away, it has been asserted.

The 66-year-old harsh sleeper, just known by his first name 'Kev', was discovered dead under a bridge in an auto stop in Bournemouth, Dorset, south-west England.

As per a companion of the man who found his body, authorities from Bournemouth Borough Council had 'expelled his sleeping sack and belonging's a few days before he died,

The anonymous companion, who said he had known Kev for 18 months, stated: "I put my hand on him to shake him and that is the point at which I knew something wasn't right and my heart sank.

"Half a month back he said the board took his dozing sack. They consider it to be garbage however they don't understand these are vagrants; dozing sacks are the stuff that keeps them warm."

The match met after they got talking, when the companion saw Kev sitting on a divider at the edge of a street amid his day by day drive to work. The companion said that Kev was not known for drinking or taking medications and never 'requested anything' from him.
