As temperaturas na bodega estes días rondan entre os 8 e os 15ºC. Me parece que o lévedo Pacific Ale é unha gran amante da calor.
This is the current density of this double IPA of Bulldog. It takes 10 days of fermentation and still maintains a density of 1050!
