Here's my TED talk on relationship building and consistency. I wrote this a day after my 22nd birthday on the 6th of March because I was sad and needed to vent my sadness at someone and my journal, she never fails me...

Love is a feeling everyone deserves and giving it shouldn't be so difficult, coming from a twat like me, this should be deep.

Sometimes I wonder how the heck I still have friends. I legit jokingly say mean things like "please get up and leave my house" and mean it, but people still love me. Here's why:

I consider being friendly to be easy. Paying an honest complement. Being the cause of an unhealthy blush on a persons face. It comes unnaturally to me,like I said, I'm a twat. So I force these extras coz I love being behind smiles.

But let me share some business insight with you tonight.
Every business is a relationship. Take that to the bank any day. Those who actually go far know how to talk and how not to talk,to me it's that simple. Know how to show love even when a person seems somewhat useless to you at that point in time. You really never know. Being nice as I've learned is one of the cheapest most expensive gifts you could give to a person.

Let's break this down

My focus is business, although I'm not a professional, but haven made some profit in a business and owed some really unhealthy debt I think I'm qualified on a number of levels.

Here are a few tips:

• You have to be nice to everyone. customers,old friends, current friends, family, mean neighbors,EVERYONE. Don't take the risk of being nasty. Business people have no enemies. NEVER EVER talk bad about a customer or potential customer, its never good on you or them.
• Save your sarcasm for close friends, it can wait. Don't assume they'll understand a joke unless they start it first.
• When someone opts out of your network, let them and love them. I recently opted out of a network marketing company and my sponsor couldn't even send me a birthday message of 2 words. Terrible tough love.
• Never assume someone's useless. No one is useless. Hence why I blocked my old friend. He called me useless to his business prowess lol.

These things are not rocket science.
Be a kind heart and speak softly, speak how you'd like to be spoken to. Be patient and show love. IT'S SIMPLE
