I will love to join this No TO WAR campaign initiated by @milakz on steemskillshare. It's quite disheartening that we have to face this once again in the world. There is really no joy in engaging in this act. The disadvantage far more outweighs the blind benefit war initiators seems to derive.

One of the disadvantages of war is unnecessary bloodshed. Engaging in war show how much value is placed on lives. The resultant effect of war is that people die and those that turn out to be victims are majorly the innocent citizens who really know nothing about the happening.

Another disadvantage is that the land gets polluted and unproductive. Survival of wars hardly enjoy living even after war and this is because anything they plant on that land refuses to yield because the effect of explosion on the land and the chemical substances that has distorted the soil layers,so many begin to leave their territories to become refugees in another land. This is really not good.

Lastly,people get displaced,families get disunited because everyone decided to run for their dear live.Mother will find it difficult to tell where the children are and children likewise will find it difficult to trace their parent and relative. Some will never get to meet their families again. I consider this a dent and blemish to the society that is suppose to be bonded in love.

Love should be our watch word because love will help us overcome a lot of wrongs and also help to strengthen the bond of friendship which is very important if we must coexist as one even in a world that is notable for it differences in form of language,culture and lifestyle.
I would encourage everyone to be part of this move,let us air our opinion as it counts.
