It's a pity you were not here on Christmas Day. We started off the day with what was supposed to be a Sunrise Mimosa.
I was using a sparkling wine (Asti Spumante), orange juice, and Grenadine. Unfortunately in the process of chilling the Asti, it got too cold and turned to a fountain of slush when the bottle was opened. Despite this, it was a heaping success and the guests returned to the bottle more than once.

It's nice to be missed 😀

You might have heard the group perform before. This is one of the more recognizable ones.

They were just coming on the scene as I was finishing university in 1989 (after 10 years). When I look at them now, I think how old they are starting to get.
