Club75- Second Discord Talk Show Report and What transpired in our Second Discord Talk Show - Thanks to you all for joining us and making it a success one, see you all next time

Hello everyone once again, I am very excited to write and share with you all our second discord report and what transpired yesternight. I would like to first of all use this great opportunity to thank all members that we're able to have time with us today and also those that couldn't make it today I wish and hope that you can do so in our subsequent meeting.

I must say that I am very impressed with the number of users that were present today with only one member @ubongudofot being the only person that was able to be present both in our first meeting as well as this our second meeting.

With the second Discord Talk Show, we were able to get a total number of 7 members onboard. We can see that there was an improvement in the attendance for today as compared to that of our first Discord meeting. We had new members with one person being known to have attended our first meeting.

For the second talk show we were able to have the following members;

For our second Discord talk show, we first of all, as usual, did an introduction to ourselves and I first introduce myself then the rest also did the same. After the introduction was done, I then commenced with the first topic on our agenda which was how to get support or curation from the community. This topic was discussed in our first talk show but the reason it was discussed today again was that we had new members that joined us. We pointed out issues such as, not joining the curation trail, not delegating to the community curation account, not supporting each other by voting and commenting, etc.

Before one can earn support from the community, the above conditions must be met such that you are an active member who comments and engage with others' posts. Also, you should join the curation trail as well as be a delegate to the community account.

After that, we then talked about how to correctly calculate and use the club5050, club75, and club100 tags effectively without its abuse. We then further went on to discuss plagiarism and its consequences on the steemit platform. That was our third agenda for the night and I briefly explained it and how to check for plagiarism before posting your article on the steemit platform.

Moreover, we then discussed the new curation teams and how to earn support from them. We looked at each team and the required tags they use in voting and the principles and rules they follow as well before voting. Also, our brother @ubongudofot brought out a suggestion about the community having a Telegram channel so we can share our post links there for everyone to comment on and increase our engagement in the community. I really second that point and I am currently working on that to stand.

Finally, we discussed the issue of self-voting and why we must desist from self-voting. Self-voting is really not acceptable on steemit ecosystems and as such the curators do check to see if your self-vote percentage is low before voting on your post. This calls to our attention to stay away from self-voting our content but rather should use those votes on other users' quality content.

After discussion, we took suggestions and complaints from members and what they think the community can do to help improve the community. We then ended the meeting afterward and that was a great night and a great meeting as well.
