I wonder - why would you be skeptic about it's benefits?

Personally I've been following that breathing techniques for over 2 years and I feel that it is currently the most healthy habit in my entire life.

Quality of sleep improved. Anxiety is no more. And overall I don't remember last time I got cold / got sick.

Im curious where your skepticism is coming from.
