Greetings to all the community on this occasion I want to share with you a breathing technique that can help improve your health this technique is called wim hof breathing its creator Mr wim hof is known as the ice man as he has broken more than 20 world records, one of these records includes having climbed two of the largest mountains in the world using a short trousers, another of his records is that he ran the arctic circle without shoes, really impressive!
