275lb X 2 Flat Bench

My incline PR of 225lb X 5 is more impressive but this is solid progress on flat bench. 2 Reps at 275lb isn't bad. I want to get 3 clean reps hopefully next week and if I could get 4 reps that would be really solid but I think that is going to be very tough. 225lb on flat bench feels incredibly light currently which is good. All this should give me a lot of base power for my throwing. My arm is feeling good and my entire body is pretty strong at this point.
One deficiency I see in this form that I'm utilizing is how much I was tap dancing around with my feet. Instead of staying in the same spot and applying decent leg drive. I'm more getting these number raw but if you notice guys that have high bench numbers keep their elbows in closer to them oftentimes, apply more leg drive and are often using wrist wraps and other aid. Even belting up to maintain core pressure.
I'm more comparing to what I have done in the past and essentially I'm as strong and as athletic as I have ever been even at 22 - 25 years old. Still hitting lifetime PRs at this point is insanity.
