It is not a plight to be verificated everyone can open one or more accounts and most accounts never been verificated!
Rules set do not acquire for the entire Steemit platform. There are many investors of all nationalities who will never take part of the Steemit dimension you and I live in.
Do they stick to the rules? I ask you whose rules? Can you force them? No. All we can do is not let those who commit plagiarism, let AI do the writing, those who don't invest (what counts more quantity of posts,quality text or money?) benefit from what id build which if you ask me also happens among those who "stick to the rules" and the same counts for you with a new account.
I believe if we look at the names mentioned most of them already say enough: pooppoop and jazcash...
This account: @ ulfatulrahmais is more interesting and I am sure someone will dive into it.
By the way the owner of a community sets the rules and can mute who s/he likes. If you use the right hashtags you can post in your blog and it will still be found and can be read.
Since you mention everyone that doesn't sound like a problem to me.
My last words: we all work hard and this alone is no reason to like or reward. Diving into this matter is your free choice. I would love to hear what drives you.

I'm so glad you replied I can't tell you how glad I am.I agree with you, I myself vote for @ulfatulrahmah , but while making the report, it was my duty to tell this to the people.In the report I created, there are many more accounts that I wanted to mention but I didn't have enough SP power and if I had pasted them, I wouldn't have posted them.I will add these accounts to this report as soon as my RC credit is up.I have also created a tool to detect plagiarism and AI.When my steem power is high, I will check the plagiarism of almost every post and comment.

AI detectors aren't 100% sure. What you need is good readers. They can tell the difference. The detectors learned from humans how to write and can easily be fooled!
Please, keep in mind the SC accounts will be used by different teams. Our job as SC07 is nearly done. From January on new people will use this account.

I looked at your introductory post and what you have written so far. Do you want my honest opinion? I am shocked. For someone who claims to be straightforward, I find it strange that these are your first entries but even more so that there is no form of neatness in what you write.
Working precisely, being detailed is what I find important if you dive into such "work". I find what I read from you a chaotic report and I do not believe that you have come up with anything new.
In addition, I find it insulting you pretend as if you are the only one who works and it's more than annoying how you keep trying to force attention and upvotes because you do work that no one asked for. Does this make you a better Steemian than someone else?
Maybe it would be good to start writing a diary first and share some photography and get to know other users of this platform. If you write something that others like and forge bonds, you might receive upvotes.

I therefore advise you to stop it and look around first and use the SP you have wisely. It is enough for 1 post per day, 10 upvotes and 3 comments, preferably addressed to three different people. Reading is free and you can make notes with a pen on paper.
P.s. I love creativity and creative writing but that certainly does not include what you write here. I also do not see the value of what you wrote for this platform so far. Perhaps you will have more success with someone else.

You could deposit 15 STEEM and power it up then you won't have any trouble posting or commenting. I suspect you'll have that and the you'll have the RC you'll need.
I know steemchiller's already mentioned it, but you really need to stop asking people for votes. Ultimately, I know that's why most people are here but your work and effort speaks for itself. So let your work say "I've earned a vote", then you don't need to write it.
