Application for Community Curator : October 2022
The old is almost gone and the new is on it's way. Here I am applying to be a community curator for the month of October. Let's get down to business shall we...?

I found out about steemit and joined November 2021. I am 11 months on this platform. I started out as a newbie in Steem Cameroon where I built up myself and learned how to be an active steemian. In January of 2022 I managed to finish all my achievement tasks which made me hold the status of pro newcomer verified in the Newcomers Community. In the Month of March 2022 I became one of the MOD's in the Steem Cameroon community and I have been doing my duties since then.
In the Month of August I got the chance to be a community curator for my first time as I worked with the Global Curators Team, curating with steemcurator06 account. Currently for the this month of September I made the cut for community curators. I am presently working with Team Freestyle using the steemcurator09 account.
From my time since I joined steemit up till now I have been an active steemian with a high affinity for creating contents with relations to thediarygame, business. I have also been a very active contest participant in a wide variety of communities.
My first position of responsibility on steemit was becoming an MOD of Steem Cameroon. This has been an active position for me since March, that is for 7 months now and still running. This posting entails me to submit posts for booming, review posts in the community and curate using the Steem Cameroon official curation account.
My second appointment came in the Month of August where I worked with a team (The Global Curators Team) using the steemcurator06 account. This was a one month experience where I reviewed and curated posts under the mylife category (thediarygame, actofkindness, charity, news, mytownin10pics).
My most current position of responsibility is working with TEAM FREESTYLE using the steemcurator09 account. This experience is for the month of September. I have been able to review posts and curate them even when they fall short of steemit rules. This experience led me to do my first curation weekly report for the Steem POD community.
Firstly I study accounting. I do small businesses. So I have the ability to deal with numbers quite well. I can manage most financial and business duties. Studying accounting also gives you the ability to makes financial reports which I do quite well. With my business skills I can manage a business and do basic marketing.
Secondly I am an English online tutor on Preply. I teach English as a foreign language to non English natives around the world. Doesn't matter the reason you are studying English for, I can help you because I have patience, good communication skills and of course I am a good teacher.
I am Cameroonian born and raised. My country is bilingual as we speak two languages (English and French) as our official languages. I can read English and French fluently. For any other language, I do well using a translator.

I am a reputation 69 with own SP of 4,799 and a good CSI of 10.8. I meet up with the basic criteria for application. Also I always try to keep my voting CSI above 7.

I have delegations to 6 different accounts. 4 of these delegations are to communities ( Steem Cameroon, Steem for Betterlife, Steem Bangladesh and Recreative Steem). The other two are to steemian accounts to help them with Steem Power for easier blogging.
We all have our favorite things. So the subjects I'll outline are the contents I enjoy reading the most.

At first I feared the dynamics of working with a team of less than 7 people. I discovered after working with Team Freestyle, a team of 5 people that all goals can be accomplished with the right planning, understanding, administration, discipline and commitment.
My desired team size will be to work with a team of between 5 to 7 people. If everyone commits the work will run smoothly even if the teammates are less than 7 people.
I see being a curator as an opportunity to make new friends and maybe a few haters. Nevertheless the goal is to serve with integrity and discipline while focusing on the positive outcomes of your work. This is the end of my application, I hope it is considered.

Wow, you are fluent in the two most important languages in the world, English and French. You only need to learn Spanish heh heh heh and you will be able to communicate practically all over the world.
