Good food creates multiple positive outcomes.
Today, I made a salad that included red cabbage, carrots, lettuce, and avocados. I prepared the dressing using mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, and nutmeg. The vegetables tasted really good, and I ate the salad with an avocado toast topped with cheese, spices, eggs,and ketchup.
It was a satisfying meal, and I felt great afterward. I enjoyed my food while reading Elizabeth Sarwin’s Multisolving. At the end of my meal, I realized that good food can create multiple positive outcomes, such as happiness, good health, and good vibes.
