You are missing one very important element - how are you going to support all the 1.5 million new people you are going bring on the platform?

You now need to work massively hard to get delegations to the @steem-cameroon account, and you need to ask all members to give maybe 25% (at least) beneficiary on all their posts to the community account.

And you need to power up all the SBD and STEEM collected on the account.

Sri Lanka and SteemitFoods have both just achieved 100K SP on their community accounts.

You will need to set a similar target.

If you can do all this, you will have a very credible plan and we will be very willing to assist.
