THE DIARY GAME 29/03/2021

Hello dear Steemians

I will love to share with you how I spent my Monday. Monday for us here in Cameroon specifically in the southern part of the country because it is always seen as a ghost town in the sense that everywhere is always locked. No school, no business and no work. We are now forced to stay at home for the whole day. Rather than staying at home, I decided to make the day count. In got a lot of activities I carry out on this day which are listed below.

I was up by 5am and followed the online prayer with my pastor and other leaders of my local church. By 5:30am, I joined another praying group which ended at 6am. From 6am to 6:30am, I had my morning devotion; I had to study my bible thank God for the opportunity to see a new day not just for me seeing the day and also for my family members, friends and loved ones.

From 6:30 I started the procedure of my achu preparation with my stepmom. We had to prepare the cocoyam by cleaning some and cratering and everything was put in the pot and placed on the fire. While she took care of the pot while on the fire, I had to take care of the house chores waiting it to get reading for pounding. I had to clean plates and keep the house neat and in order.

After preparing the achu, I left for church for a leaders training meeting which took place from 9am to 11:30am. We actually had a rich fellowship together; we prayed, sang studied the word of God and shared ideas on to move on with our church projects.

now went home really exhausted but I still got work to do. I took a nap for 30minutes an took off with laundering; I got dresses to wash which wasn’t an easy task coz I had to do with those of my step mom, my kid sis and mine.
