The dairy game [19/3/2025// drawing at school and excursion at Ibom power plant

Hello @steemians,
I wish to welcome you all to my daily lifestyle well spent on 19/3/2025 and to share with you guys my activities to show how I sat down to make two different drawings of water melon in the morning while at work.

In the morning, I made this drawing because I enjoy eating water melon everyday in the morning because of the beneficial roles and also to make it known to all my friends here on @steemit the beneficial roles of water melon to the body.

Below are the beneficial roles of water melon

Great source of Antioxidants:

water Melons are excellent sources of antioxidants, naturally occurring molecules that helps to eliminate harmful compounds called free radicals in the body.free radicals heightens oxidative stress and damage tissues over time.
A greater intake of antioxidants-rich foods has been associated with a lower risk of developing chronic diseases like cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
Each type of melon delivers a different antioxidant profile. Cantaloupe, for example, is a great source of beta-carotene. This provitamin converts into vitamin A in the body and support vision and reproductive health.

promote dehydration

About 20% of our hydration needs are actually met through food, not the water we drink. Luckily, melons are among the most hydrating fruits, with varieties like cantaloupe and watermelon clocking in at 90% water by weight. Perfect snacks for hot summer days.

Staying adequately hydrated helps maintain steady energy levels, regular bowel movements, and lubricated, mobile joints. Consuming enough fluids is also important for preventing conditions like kidney stone .

Support immune health

All three of the most popular types of melon are good sources of vitamin C, another antioxidants.vitamin C, in particular , supports a healthy immune system by stimulating the production of white blood cells and enhancing their action against foreign invaders.onthe other hand, research shows that low levels of vitamin c are associated with greater susceptibility to illness and infection.

Good for Skin Health:

The high vitamin C and water content of melons are critical for healthy, glowing skin.
Vitamin C assists in the production of the most abundant protein in the body, collagen.
Collagen supports skin elasticity and also aids in wound healing.
When you get a get a cut, proteins like collagen are responsible for remodelling the tissue at the wound site ..As you age , declining collagen contribute to the formation of wrinkles.

Melons like cantaloupe are low in calories, but deliver important nutrients like vitamin C and potassium.

In the afternoon, I accepted to join my children in school for excursion as a teacher and the most amazing thing is that I traveled with all my student in a coaster bus for the excursion in another local government area precisely ikot Abasi-Local government area were Akwa Ibom State power plant is situated.

In the evening, the excursion at Ibom power plant was a successful one though it was stressful walking round the power company. Pictures were approve on our first visit so I had to take pictures and lastly in the evening retired home to get enough rest.
