THE DIARY GAME: 01/03/2022 First Day At Work As An Internship Student

Yes is it Tuesday, and of course first working day of the week for people in my area due to the anglophone crises currently going. This shouldn't be new to anyone in Cameroon as i guess you should be aware of what is now known "GHOST TOWN" whereby everyone is expected to stay indoors the whole day and we have been experiencing this everyone Mondays that is why Tuesdays have now become the first working day of the week in my area.

I was really excited about today after about 3 to 4 months of studies, to start my internship as soon as i was done with first semester exams. so early this morning by 4an, i was up from bed and i usual, i have morning routines i do before i start my day. Firstly I made up my bed and of course, my bed is some kind of a big deal for me as It’s one of the largest furniture i have in my room and this gives it the power to make or break the look of my room because an unmade bed in a tidy room would normally creates a sense of disorder. And since my bed is so personal, its appearance would reflects directly back on me. Messy sheets equal messy saxopedia😂😂😂. A nicely made bed signals that saxopedia is balanced, grown up and completely in control.

I later on had my morning meditation for some time, prepared the dress i plan on wearing for today for internship. Before i could realize, it was already 6am so i had to take my bath as i prepare for work. I had to leave the house early so as to avoid traffic in other to be in the office on time since its my first day.

I left the house by 7:15am and was still unable to make it on time due to traffic. When i got to the office by 8am, cleanup was already going on.

After the cleanup, i went to my desk as I filled my todo list for the day and planned my work accordingly. I later went to the kitchen to get some coffee for myself to ignite my day before i can start working.

BY 10am, i received a text message from @chant to help her get something from a nearby market not far from my place of work which i did.

By 2pm, i left the office with @fombae to go pick up his daughter from school as i carried along with me the foodstuff his wife to me to get for her.

When we got home, i was indeed suffering from an unending sequence of agonizing hunger hunger, of which his wife served us something to eat

After eating, i had some fun with their daughter as we played around the house before leaving back for work with @fombae.

We reached the office by 4pm, as i rounded up with my task for the day and by 5pm i closed and went back home as i called it a day.
