The Diary Game: My Unsuccessful Cooking Friday //11-04-2025//

Greetings dear steemian friends, its a pleasure to have you all again in my diary blog, I hope you all had a great day in your various workplace? Yea, mine was smooth although it was hectic. Guess what!

It's was weekend as usual and it was Friday precisely I had shifted my cooking day from saturday to friday , I love cooking our favorite dish which is Afang soup,so early in the morning I woke up by 6 am and observed my normal personal morning devotion for at least 30 minutes to one hour before stepping outside to brush my teeth and Carry out others chores, I couldn't perform much chore because cooking is one the most time consuming activity that needs to start early couple with the fact that I needed to plug the Afang myself from the garden,plug water leaves and slice all of them before heading to the market to buy cooking stuff.

It is not always easy for me especially doing it all alone. So I managed to finished plugging both the water leaf and Afang, I sliced the Afang and took it to the market with me so that I can grind it in the market because pounding it at home is another expensive work,

I went to the market in the afternoon I bought all my cooking items and head back home hoping to finish preparing the soup, I washed the meat, periwinkle,fish, stock fish and sauce it with pepper, Maggi, onion, salt and steam them properly,

after that has I was about cutting water leaf to add I don't know how I mistakenly cut my hand with the sharp knife that I use to slice Afang, I actually love cooking my vegetable fresh that's why I didn't cut it the same time I slice my Afang, that was the end of my cooking because the kind of blood that flow from my hand I was looking for a way to stop it, I didn't even remember to capture it because I was in pains, I administered first aid to myself before further seeking medical attention, I don't know which of my siblings completed the cooking.

That's how I ended my weekend cooking unsuccessful
