The fowls: part one: How newbies are treated

I sat one day and observed how fowls behaved among them selves.

Each time a newbie (young chick) is brought at home, he is being scared away by the older ones, he doesn't eat when the older ones are there, every other chicken pecks him and he runs up and down like a fugitive. He doesn't so much care about feeding, he instead run for his life.

After 2 to 3 weeks he becomes use to the system and also treat other newbies thesame way. And the process continues
